1. Sponsor
The Basket Raffle is organized and conducted by TJ Soccer Club.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 21 years of age or older.
• Participants under 21 must have a parent/guardian purchase tickets on their behalf.

3. Raffle Dates

• Ticket sales begin on: 4/22/26
• Ticket sales end on: 5/22/26
• Drawing will take place on: 5/24/26

4. How to Enter

• Raffle tickets can only be purchased via Chance2Win website.
• Each ticket will be entered into the drawing for the selected basket(s).
• Participants must clearly pick which baskets they would like to enter.

5. Ticket Pricing

• [Example: 10 ticket for $15, 20 tickets for $25, 30 tickets for $30]
• All sales are final. No refunds.

6. Prizes

• Multiple themed baskets will be raffled.
• Winners will receive the specific basket for which their ticket was drawn.
• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

7. Drawing & Winner Selection

• Winning tickets will be drawn randomly.
• Participants do not need to be present to win
• Winners will be notified via phone/email within 3 days.

8. Claiming Prizes

• Winners must claim prizes within 3 days of notification.
• Valid identification may be required.
• Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and redrawn at the club’s discretion.

9. Use of Proceeds

• All proceeds benefit TJ Soccer Club programs, equipment, and field maintenance.

10. General Conditions

• TJ Soccer Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if necessary.
• By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and all decisions made by the club.
• The club is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

11. Publicity

• By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow TJ Soccer Club to use their name and photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Alcohol-Related Prizes

• Some raffle baskets may contain alcoholic beverages.
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tickets for, win, or claim any basket containing alcohol.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of prize pickup for any alcohol-related prize.
• If a winning ticket for an alcohol-containing basket is drawn for an individual under 21, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
• Alcohol prizes must be picked up by the verified winner (no substitutions or transfers to underage individuals).
• TJ Soccer Club encourages responsible consumption and is not liable for the use or misuse of alcoholic beverages.
